Terms & Conditions

Last updated: Dec 2025

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of this website, including transactions processed through Squarespace Commerce. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Use of This Site

All content on this site—including photographs, written work, and design—is owned by me unless otherwise stated. Accessing the site is welcome. Copying, scraping, or repurposing content without permission is not.

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All photographs, digital assets, written content, and visual materials on this site are protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a print or digital asset does not transfer copyright or ownership. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable right to personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Licensing for editorial, commercial, or institutional use is handled separately.

3. Fine Art Prints

Production

All prints are produced using professional, archival materials. Minor variations in color or tone may occur due to printing processes, paper selection, or display conditions. These variations are inherent to fine art printing and are not considered defects.

Editions

Limited editions, when offered, are signed and numbered. Edition size and details are listed on the product page. Open editions are clearly identified.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are processed through Squarespace Commerce. Production and fulfillment timelines vary depending on the product and destination. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout when available.

Tracking information is supplied once the order ships.

Returns & Damages

All print sales are final.

If a print arrives damaged, notify me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the artwork. Verified damage will be addressed with a replacement or refund at my discretion.

Damage occurring after delivery is not covered.

4. Digital Assets

Digital assets are delivered electronically via Squarespace Commerce and are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise specified in writing.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute digital assets

  • Use them for commercial or editorial purposes

  • Upload them to third-party platforms or marketplaces

  • Modify and resell derivative works

All digital asset sales are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds or exchanges are not offered once assets are delivered.

5. Licensing & Usage

Licensing for editorial, commercial, or institutional use is available upon request. Terms depend on usage type, duration, placement, and distribution.

If you are unsure whether your intended use requires licensing, please ask before using the work.

6. Written Content

All written content on this site—including essays, articles, and project notes—is original work unless otherwise credited.

Short excerpts may be quoted for editorial or academic purposes with proper attribution and a link back to the site. Full reproduction, republication, or commercial use requires prior permission.

7. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

All payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce or its integrated payment providers.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Taxes, duties, or fees may apply depending on location and are calculated at checkout when applicable.

I reserve the right to change pricing, availability, or product offerings at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

This site relies on third-party services provided by Squarespace and its partners for hosting, payments, analytics, and email delivery. I’m not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by these services beyond my control.

9. Limitation of Liability

I’m not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it.

In the event of an issue, I’ll act in good faith to resolve it reasonably, but liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Contact

Questions about orders, licensing, or usage can be submitted through the contact page. Clear questions receive clear answers.
